    By the way this was seriously one of the worse (but not quite worst) moments of my life. Stranded in the desert with no cell signal (that tweet sent some time after I wrote it), no water, no vehicle, and knowing someone died a half mile away from exposure less than two years ago.

      I’m in *serious* pain today from trying to push the rental truck out, just getting it more stuck. I feel neurotic and paranoid about hydration now, especially because I have ANS issues that threaten heart problems when my internal chemistry gets out of whack.
