Learning so much about how wine is made, where it gets its flavors today. Which feels a little ridiculous tbh because I’ve drank a LOT of wine in my day, why did it take so long to learn a damn thing about it.
In less-good news, I am extraordinarily allergic to something here and my face & body are covered in raised red lines where my freshly-washed hands scratched gently once.
