@elizposadas God this feels so universal ♥️♥️♥️ Also why I haven’t changed therapists. It took like 3 years to build up the courage, do the research, etc etc. She’s probably not the best therapist for me but she IS better than me thinking about researching therapists and feeling overwhelmed.
