tooltips which float below an item being hovered over are an accessibility problem for those of us who use an increased cursor size for visibility. (psst @github )

post script (pre script?) to this large cursor thing. i had a job where my (desktop) computer would have been a shared computer if there was someone else with the same role at my location, but there wasn't. so it was *my* computer, but it also wasn't.

People working other shifts would use it to browse the web or fuck off on their breaks, but leave it (and my desk) in total disarray, not really respecting the fact that it was someone's personal workspace who had to spend 8 hours a day there.

I didn't want to lock it down, for professional reasons and out of respect of shift workers who weren't jerks and just wanted to go to idk digg? so I just started making it weird for anyone who wasn't me. i taught myself to mouse left-handed, and made my cursor comically large.

welp fast-forward to aging eyes and a 34" widescreen display and now I can never find my cursor without it being comically large thus bringing the accessibility concern back to its original purpose. also i can't unlearn mousing left-handed.
