      Okay I got a ton of helpful responses to this question and I have some follow-ups. If you use a custom domain with your email provider, do they allow you to alias multiple domains?

      unrelated to my original question (though i want to hear more opinions on my original question) does anyone know of an email provider that supports SMTP connections _without_ TLS or SSL? please do not offer suggestions unrelated to my actual question. i meant what i asked.
