Back when I lived in Beverly Hills, NextDoor asked me to be a “neighborhood lead” (or whatever their terminology is) aka moderate for free. I lasted six weeks before I deleted my account in frustration bc racism. My neighborhood in Milwaukee had been nothing like that.Permalink On twitter.com
