    1. How much of “on the phone fighting with/for company-provided benefits” time is fair to consider work time? What if your team values accomplishment over time-spent-at-desk? Should I work late to get things done because it took two hours on the phone to get an issue resolved?

    What if this is a frequent problem? Is it “fair” that I have to work into the night because someone billed something incorrectly? How much time should the chronic illness tax cost me?

      Added bonus: this time (and another recent hour) was all due to the fact that there is some kind of software glitch preventing my account to exist in a normal state. Ask anyone, my ability to find the sad path edge cases is LEGENDARY, even when I’m not looking for them.
