idk what happened over at @RenttheRunway but I’ve had a ton of shitty experiences over the past week and a half. Apparently their policy is “it doesn’t matter what your total said when you placed your order, we’ll capture whatever the fuck we want.”

@RenttheRunway Tell me, twitter. When you check out online, do you immediately check your email and credit card statement to ensure the totals are identical to the order confirmation screen? Or do you generally assume those numbers are the same, especially from established companies?
