      1. Wow a lot of y’all do NOT know the difference between the npm cli and the npm registry. It’s… a pretty vital distinction. yarn ain’t gonna solve this problem and uninstalling npm is only sticking it to yourself.

      The hot takes this morning based on factually incorrect assumptions are dreadful. This is not a defense of npm Inc or any of their actions—it’s just exhausting that y’all are building your proclamations on a cornerstone of not understanding the business side of the js ecosystem.
