      1. Omg fuck @AmericanAir so hard. I paid for an upgraded seat and they just… gave it to someone else???? Then their reaction was basically “¯\_(ツ)_/¯ sucks to be you.” Super looking forward to dealing with the pain and discomfort of this flight for the rest of the week.

      I travel a somewhat respectable 40,000-50,000 miles per year, and had been looking for a new airline now that I’ve moved cities & bought a house. Looks like @AmericanAir is out.

    So it feels only fair to tell y’all that @AmericanAir called me on the phone to explain this and work it out with me. It’s kinda convoluted but what it comes down to is this is mostly my travel agent’s fault and basically not American’s at all.
